I have fallen behind i feel so ashamed of myself. I desperately need to get back on track. It has been almost 2 weeks since i have lost anything then again i have not been doing my workout so i only have myself to blame i also have been pretty sloppy with my points the past couple of days and it has to stop immediately so from this day on i am back on track and hope to loose at least 3 pounds this week
