Lost one kilo. Fantastic loss for me as l find losing weight very difficult. My body wants to hang on every bit of fat!! I have been on a 1000 calories ( never more than 50g of carbs and 30 g of fat) So happy with my loss.

Well done Marie - 1000 cals is so difficult to keep to!!
You have inspired me! I am currently on maintenance but we are booked to go away in 2 weeks time for 4 nights to the Cotswolds, that means 4 x full English brekkies and pub evening meals. I need a bit of leeway, sooo need to lose 1 - 2 lbs over the next fortnight....... we shall see, or not as the case may be!!!😏
