Late night eating is a problem for me. Paying attention to what I am doing and stopping myself. My game plan is to allow Elite 12 (if I have 2 points left) and or ice water after 7PM. I am grabbing my neck and shaking at this point of 17 days in before I slip back into very bad habits. I will think of other ways to combat this as well as I have heard brushing your teeth instead of grabbing food is one way to help refocus. I am glad I am still making myself record everything I do eat even though I am not happy with my choices last night.
Eating chocolate Truffles and sugared cereal was only done as some sort of indulgence for boredom, overwhelm and a reward, as I was not hungry. PAYING ATTENTION will help me succeed so I can reach my goal weight!
