Carbs and calories stayed pretty low yesterday...accidentally, unplanned, but with better resolution. Had a good brunch, and didn't feel hungry for a long time. Stopped by at a friend's bday dinner, but got there so late, there was no time for dinner, so I just wished her, hung out a little, did a little bit of dancing, and left--my heart just wasn't into stuff. I managed to avoid all the champagne prosecco, wine, and shots flowing around there (for free!)..only had a diet soda, and hopefully the dancing worked off some calories. Wasn;t able to workout yesterday either despite the best resolve to do so--got sidetracked with an emotional situation at home, and despite changing into my gym gear and getting down to the gym, wasn't able to get any working out done! Hate how emotional stuff can render me so weak and unable to do the right things for myself!!

Anyhow, good news was, even though I came home early, I refrained from eating at the night hour, and just went to bed a little hungry. This morning my weight dropped another pound, so things are on track. I'm almost at my pre-vacation weight..hopefully by the end of this weekend, I should see 139.5--the weight on Dec 5th before leaving on vacay.

Meals yesterday:
Brunch: 2 eggs (2c), 2 veggie links (1c), spinach, tomato, goat cheese (1c), butter, sour cream, salsa (1c total)
coffee with soy milk (1c)
1 string cheese (1c)
later: 1 diet soda

total: 7 carbs
