Setelah bikin percobaan beberapa hari.. ternyata ngurangin kalori secara drastis itu malah kurang bagus. Timbangan di body scan nunjukin penurunan berat badan lebih banyak krn keilangan massa otot. Sepertinya harus dibatasin defisit kalorinya 500 Kal aja dari kebutuhan harian kalori.
Btw, udah turun 3 kg an. Alhamdulillah :D
