I find that especially difficult when you have limited types of food....you know, like Chinese or Mexican only. I still manage to get my raw veggies and grilled chicken or fish. It may not be exactly how I like it, but as long as I can keep it up, that is all that counts. Keep those spirits up, and forge ahead.

There are some minor meal/snack prepping that you can take with before you leave home. After that it's down to healthy choices for lunch and dinner.
