Well I am not sure what is going on exactly but I am not giving up. I have been following the diet exactly. But I still only weigh 192. I have also been working out every day for a minimum of 30 minutes. I see that I look thinner especially in my face. and my clothes are definitely looser. so i figure the scale is bound to catch up one of these days. but I have to loose 12 pounds on the scale in the next 7 days.....Anyhow, I feel great and I do think I am loosing so for now I am just going to stick with it.
