You have done amazingly well Dude! I probably have about the same frame as you also 5'9 fairly small boned...Lightest I have ever been was 147...That might have been perfect at 26 but now at 54 probably way to light...if I could be where you are at, at 158 that would be totally awesome..Shooting for 174/3 for this go around and a 90 day wager getting there that I have with a couple fishing buddy's of mine. Again well done man! 

Thanks a lot! Yeah, I look a little too slim in just about every part of my body except my arch nemesis gut. Just pretty much too lazy to do ab workouts lol. Good luck!
