so i dropped a few pounds pretty quickly and now I have hit a wall. This is where it gets hard for me because I need to see the progress to stay motivated. I hope using this website I can stay on track and press through this. We'll see....

I know that can be very frustrating! I started my diet about a month before I found this website. I had started off strong and then I hit a wall too. Since then I haven't lost as much since the first couple weeks but I did start losing more when I started tracking everything I ate. It helped me to see what I could trim down on calories. Then I added another day of cardio in my week and I got back on track. So, hang in there. Don't get caught up on a slow week. As long as you stick with it you will see the results. We are here to keep you motivated.

I feel the same way. Just started week 4 and I am at a standstill. Even though it brings me down, I keep reminding myself that I lost 10 pounds in the last 3 weeks. For me thats a record. So I will take one or two ponds a week from here on. Don't give up. We can do this.
