I know that can be very frustrating! I started my diet about a month before I found this website. I had started off strong and then I hit a wall too. Since then I haven't lost as much since the first couple weeks but I did start losing more when I started tracking everything I ate. It helped me to see what I could trim down on calories. Then I added another day of cardio in my week and I got back on track.
So, hang in there. Don't get caught up on a slow week. As long as you stick with it you will see the results.
