Had my MIL over for a late Mother’s Day dinner, so didn’t track. Pasta bake, garlic bread, salad, and wine. I made sure to have an extra large salad and otherwise be mindful of the rest. Must have worked since my weight was down a bit this morning. I would have been happy to just maintain. Back to it this morning—oatmeal with applesauce, chicken sausage, and black coffee for breakfast.
