Not only did I miss my monthly goal but I gained. So discouraging. I guess I need to go back to being militant with my calorie counting. I've been good going to the gym 5 days a week and beat my PR for a 3 mile run on Friday (28:25 min). So I suppose those are all good thing. Ugh. Feeling pretty bad about myself to be honest.
