It's been a harder last couple of weeks for me! I feel great this morning and ready for the commitment! I have been letting myself slip with carbs and I definitely felt the impact. It's amazing the difference. I weight is still the same however I can feel it in my cloths again... a little tighter than I was used to when being 100% on plan! The weather is getting nicer so I am hoping to start adding in some outdoor exercise some kind of movement! Ready for a great week!
