Wow...in 2 days from 142.5 lbs to 138.5 lbs... new record so far... I got shocked this morning I had to step on the scale twice to make sure I am seeing well...lol. I was rather expecting to see 142 lbs... lol... so that's a good sign!
I have been drinking significantly more water, almost the double in the past 2-3 days, I am sure that helped too!
Time to enjoy the weekend with the happy mind knowing that I am closer to my goal...
Here is the attachment of my tummy... before... ewwww... and now... getting somewhere... lol... need to restart my crunches!!!

Waist=29" Legs: L=22" R=22.8"
Total loss in inches to date @138.5 lbs (in 3.5 months without constant activity):
Hips=1" loss
Waist=2" loss
Arms: L=0.5" R=0.5"
Legs: L=1" R=1.1"
Not bad at all!
