Got up at 6:30am to go ti the gym. I will try to keep this up for a week. Let's see how things go!! Ate brekkie 45 mins later. I'm a volume eater and less so a snack kinda person so had a 500 calorie brekky and that should last me hopefully until later today. I've been eating 2 meals per day :)

How are you going with your plan for the week? I'm a volume eater too✋ I have spent a lot of my journey in reeducation about my diet and health looking for ways to have BIG meals that I enjoy, have a good balance of macros and nutrition, are easy to make (I'm no chef) AND... take me about 20 minutes to eat 😀 I break my cals into 3 meals plus tea/coffee/milk as required throughout the day... Two meals at weekends (intermittent fasting: 16/8 up to 20/4 if I have a sleep in 😁).

I can't imagine what you are going through now. Praying for a good diagnosis hon... Walking should help your mental health, as well as any other benefits you get from it... Just be gentle as you go 💙
