I weighed myself mid-week and I was so disappointed to see that I had gained a kg.
Then today on official weigh-in day, I was pleasantly surprised to see that I lost that kg with an additional half a kg!
Proof that I shouldn't let little gains get to me and I should just keep trying, because eventually it pays off! 🙂
