I’ve fallen off the last couple of days, but attempting to get back on track today. Eating well and healthy without these lapses and binges on sugar and carbs and snacks like chips and things is so hard. I got into the habit of eating whatever I wanted during the pandemic and my body has changed. I could do that in my 20s but not my 30s 🙄
