i know, i never before felt the sugar-rush when i was fat! Now i can hear my heart drum against my inner ear... 

I totally agree, and you're right, the affect junk food has on you body and taste buds is amazing after you have been without it...seems it doesn't taste so good after all! AND it usually makes you feel yukko! 

Thankfully my body does the same. Though, I've been trying to make sure I listen to it more so I won't get sick and sluggish. I just hate the feeling.
