You are on the right track and I, too, like the line about "just making it today..." I also find that meditation works wonders. Especially, at night when I have the desire to eat a little something....I put on a tape and am quiet for the 15 minutes or so and then the urge has usually passed. Our weight didn't get here by accident and it takes a strong person to realize that most of the changes are going to come from within. Good Luck and God Bless You....

When I am angry then I exercise and that really helps me, when I'm sad then I watch sitcoms. You'll find something that works for you, keep searching.
