Workout today was a little slow and less than usual. Put in only an hour and 15 mins total. Treadmill for 30, which had 2 runs of 5 mins each.And then my total body workout class which focused on the butt, thighs and legs to the point my lower body was tired and sore. She made us do 4 cadio spurts of bouncing off and on as fast as you can on the bench for 1 min each and that totally kicked my butt! I bailed on the last 15 mins of the abs class coz I was tired and I didn't like my workout pants today--they kept slipping off the ball off them and would have made it difficult to do any abs-exercies. Oh, and I was also starting to feel nauseous for some reason...and it persisted all the way until coming home. I didn't feel like eating, but my stomach was hungry, so I made myself eat and I feel fine now. Weird!
Oh, and I also did 2 sets of bicep curls on the bozu ball with 10 pd weights and 15 reps.
Meals: Brunch: veggie patty (2 pts) with veggies coffee with creamer (1) protein shake with protein mix (1.5), banana (2), 3 strawberries and blueberries (1), soy milk (.5), ff yogurt (1 pt): total 6 pts snack: melon (.25); veggie hummus (2 pts) dinner: chickn stir fry (3 + 1 for oil) protein shake (1.5) with 3 strawberries (0.5) and soy milk (0.5) Total: 17.25 pts
Memo to myself: I am totally falling behind on my strength training routine, running, and all the core work!! Gotta get to it starting tomorrow! Even if it means nearly 3 hours in the gym!!!
