You're doing a great job. Almost 5lbs down in a little over 2 weeks, that's good progress and healthy weight loss. Try to remember that and all the positive things when you're feeling anxious and down, hopefully it'll help. What we're doing is as much or more mental than it is physical.

It is so easy for your mind to go there, I struggle with it too. Seems you have to come up with some positive thoughts to tell yourself when you start feeling yourself going there. It is easy to beat yourself up and to worry about every little thing in the world. It can be overwhelming. I have to talk myself down a lot... I understand!

I'm glad you feel better now. Good job on not buying fast food, that would only make you feel even worse because you would probably feel guilty later.
