When I had your weight I was having on a daily average 1200 cals and I exercised 6 days a week, on the rest day I walked. I was losing in the beginning 2.2 pounds per week, later 1.8 lbs per week. I kept that trend of losing 100 grams per day all the way trough my diet. Later I just stepped up my exercise. Everybody is different off course. If you don't lose weight at a pace you like then you can lower your calories a bit again. If you eat healthy you can still have a lot of foods and won't be hungry.
