Okay so I did not do so well on Monday and Tuesday but I have been 100% for the rest of the week. Obviously Monday and Tuesday affected me more than I realized. I gained a pound since my last weight in but somehow my clothes are fitting better so I must still be losing inches. I will continue to focus on the plan and will stay on Phase 1 until I get some more weight loss. Next week is my Birthday week and we have plans to go out to dinner next Saturday Night. I told my husband that I would like to have dinner at home for my actual birthday so we will have a Fat Flush friendly dinner with strawberry's for dessert. Hopefully next time you here from me I have lost some weight ;-)
