Weight up and down.....I know some would say I should not weigh everyday, but my doctor says differently. I admit that sometimes it does frustrate me, but over all it keeps me on track. I have been sick past 3 days with a cold that has now gone to my chest, so exercise has been ZERO. Eating right becomes a challenge when very little tastes good, if I can taste at all. SOOOOO, I am okay with the weight flux. Just trying to get my protein and liquids in for now. Thanks for listening.

Felt much worse today again - can't decide if hot or cold. My sweet hubby decided I should eat, so he fixed me my favorite omelet with spinach and feta since I have mostly been doing liquids all day. He even measured things so I could record it correctly. Don't know what I'd do without him.
