Well despite feeling like crap, I was still hungry for supper. I had one hamburger with a bun and one burger without bun and salad. I'm at 1908 kcals, but I am sure if I really analyzed closely I would be over by a little more. Important thing, I thought I was going to be way over my kcals, and I'm not way over, and I did manage to get on the treadmill for 35 mins! In the end not feeling too bad about my day.
