Did 1.5 hours in my gym, even though the total time took over 2 hours between changing etc. My running got a little disrupted, and I couldn't track my time. Oh well. Overall, I did 17+7 mins on the treadmill, 20 mins on a cross-trainer, 20 mins on another leg machine, 20 mins on the bike.

Food:
Breakfast: scrambled eggs with 1 egg, meatless crumbles (1c), veggies, and 1 slice cheese
Coffee with cream (2-3 c)
1 apple (??)
Dinner: salad with cheese (1-2), ranch (2?),
coffee with cream (2 c)
snack: walnuts and almonds (3-4 c), brie (1-2c), about 20 grapes (??)
I'm still confused about how to count carbs, and need to start losign weight so I'd need to be stricter about carb-count. For now, it's slow but surely working as I did lose a pound today.

Water intake was very good.

Tomorrow, still trying to get my early mornign workout in. I have my personal-trainer meeting tomorrow morning, and hopefully can start the sessions by Wednesday.

I'm so excited for you to get started with your trainer! I know that's all it's going to take, and you're gonna burst thru that barrier and lose what's left of those pounds. By the time you come and visit me, you'll not only be a shorty midget, you'll be a tiny ShoRty MidGeT! love ya!
