I was really craving carbs yesterday... And I ended up having about a cup of dry cheerios. It helped my cravings but I felt really guilty that I let myself down. I didn't have my smoothie with flax oil in it and I think that is what did me in (I think the smoothie with the oil really helps me to feel satisfied.) I am back on track today and ready to have high willpower for the rest of the week. I know that this weekend is going to be hard for me because my girlfriend is having a gathering on Friday night, which I plan to eat before going over, but I know there is going to be a lot of temptations... I will make sure to have my cran with me as well. Then we are going out to dinner and a comedy on Saturday so I will have to pick my meal wisely. I weigh in tomorrow and hoping for some more weight loss... I feel it in my clothes already which I feel good about!

Hi! Social eating gets easier...just take a smaller plate, smush the food around with your fork so that your food lasts longer, and talk more to other people. Interesting conversation and a few laughs, no one will notice that you aren't eating what they're eating, or as much lol! Apparently this is how Barbara Walters stays skinny lol! Keep up the good work:))
