Haven't weighed myself in a couple of days. Giving myself a break. I obsess over the scale. If it was up to me, I'd probably spend the whole day on the scale waiting for it to go down!
I did notice that my jeans feel looser, so that's good. I've been trying on close that I need to lose another 5-15 lbs to fit. Figured that that will give me motivation to stick it out. I'm tired but I worked a long day yesterday, today and tomorrow and thursday. Will get about 40hrs of work in the 4 days. Don't know if I'll have enough energy to do exercise tonight. Its been raining all day so only exercise on my gazelle that was given to me. Gotta syke myself up to do it!
