Miniscule loss considering I was expecting a sizeable difference from yesterday's perfect day. I imagine it's to do with Mr. C again! So many variables that interfere with seeing results...but oh well, gotta keep doing what I need to do!

I have been feeling tired today, and workouts were rather sluggish. Once again, I haven't been able to run!!

workout 1:
10 mins treadmill at 3.8 mph-4.0 mph
30 mins bike 6.23 miles, 122 calories
abs: 50 crunches and 50 reverse crunches (my muscles felt a little sore today, so I suppose something's working!)

workout 2:
30 mins treadmill, 191 calories, 1.99 miles
20 mins bike, 106 cals, 4.91 miles

Total: 1.5 hours+, 13 miles or so, 500 cals or so

Meals:
breakfast: almonds (1.5 carbs) and 1 slice cheese (0)
lunch: veggie mock steak stir fry (6 carbs)
snack: bag of peanuts (high salt and fat, but couldnt resist!)(4 c)
dinner: veggie mock steak stir fry with lettuce (6 carbs)
coffee (3 carbs)

later: very small portion of wine (1 carb)

total: 21.5
