Sigh. I'm getting frustrated. Everywhere I look, I'm given different advice. First it was, "eat 1400-1800 calories." I tried that, and it actually made me sick to my stomach. Sometimes I hear "just eat enough to feel full, don't overeat." But when they hear I only "feel" like eating 1000-1100 calories, then they say "oh no, you MUST eat more." Being on HFLC, being in ketosis, it seems to me that my body has PLENTY of fuel, and all I SHOULD have to eat is enough so that I have enough energy and brain power for my day. If my body needs more fuel, it can just take it off my backside! lol I will keep reading and keep learning...but if you've had success on HFLC and lower calorie amounts, can you give me some encouragement??? :-)
