weight: 148.2 (a little more lost...still a bit away from the lowest point of 146 from last week!)

Exercise was great today: did all of it, running, weights, abs, elliptical, bike, etc. Food was on track too..as was water intake...made extra lunches as backup for the rest of the week and am all geared for the new week.


Exercise:

Treadmill: 60 mins, 5 mins intervals of walk and running (3.6 mph to 4.5 mph), 4 miles, 412 k
Bike: 30 mins, 7.64 miles, 119 k
Elliptical: 20 mins: 1.75 miles, 175 k
Weights: Bicep curls (13.5 * 3), Lateral raises: 13.5, 11.5, 9.5 lbs
Abs: 100 crunches and 50 reverse crunches

Total: 2 hrs 20 mins; 13.2 miles, 700+ calories burned

Food:
brunch of scrambled eggs with sundried tom, scallions, egg whites, and red pepper and cream cheese---2-3 bites and I wanted to throw it out! So skipped the rest!

Lunch: 2 servings of cauliflower cheesy bake (10 carbs?)
coffee with cream (4?)
almonds (2)
1 laughing cow cheese (1)

Carbs: 20 or less

Amazing workout! Fantastic! And all set with healthy lunches, too. Great!

Planning ahead for your lunches is smart. In winter, I always keep some frozen homemade soups on hand (usually several varieties, too!) because they are so filling and low in points, to boot. Great exercise quota! Wow!
