Weight: 150.6

As expected yesterday's chinese food didn't escape the watchful eyes of the scale! A whopping 3 lb gain! And sets me further behind than before! Oh well. I had made the conscious decision to eat it, so I can't worry about this fluctuation.

Tried to do better on food and exercise, but not a whopping success. Hey, it's better than nothing!

Food: 22 carbs
Breakfast: coffee with creamer (4)
late lunch: cauliflower cheesy bake (6 carbs)
snack: bag of peanuts (4 carbs)
Dinner: cauliflower cheesey bake (6 carbs) and a veggie patty (2)

Exercise: about 2 hours
60 mins: walked on treadmill at 3.8 mph, and 3 mins of running at 4.3 mph (seems like i've gotten totally rusty with running again!)

30 mins: bike (about 8 miles, 120 k)

20 mins or so: weights (3 sets bicep curls 15-12 pds, 3 sets tricep lifts 12 pds, 3 sets lateral raises 12 pds, and 3 sets chest bench press 12-10 pds)


Total: almost 12 miles, 430 k

Ah, you know the Chinese restaurant foods have so much sodium! It will wash away before you know it. You are doing great! Keep it up!

Great job with the exercise! I "fluct up" after my Chinese food this weekend, too. It will be a short-lived gain so don't let it bother you. Just keep fighting the good fight : )
