Ok, I don't want to jinx myself, but I do need to say today was a good start in the health-arena. Food and exercise on track.

Brunch: scrambled eggs with frozen veggies, 1 slice pepper jack cheese, and meatless crumbles

Snacks: 2-3 cups of coffee with nondairy creamer and equal
1 slice of laughing cow cheese, and 1 more slice of pepper jack cheese

Dinner: veggie stir fry with tofu (soy sauce, black bean sauce, and veggie oyster sauce

Exercise: 30 mins on treadmill (253 k at 4.0-4.3 mph)...not running, no elliptical, and no weights...gotta get to all of them tomorrow. But at least i went to the gym--after days!!!

So pat on the back, and challenge to do better tomorrow!! NOT GONNA BLOW THIS!!!
