I actually started using Calorie Counter by Fatsecret on December 28 and weighed in at 258.5 lbs. This morning, I jumped on the scale and weighed in at 254.6. Almost a 4 lb lost in eight days. Granted, it was easy to lose the holiday lbs I had put on but the goal is to get down to a lean and mean 225 lbs by July 4th. I'm focused and driven. Back to the gym tonight for the second time in three years. Make it happen!
