Days are getting hectic and the stress is piling high. So what's new huh? Well, this time is the newest one ever! If it doesn't kill me, it'll make me the strongest ever!!

Meanwhile, i'm going to STICK to my resolution of eating well and working out through this 8-9 month nightmare (no, i'm not pregnant, due for delivery then! lol!).

This whole week has been good food-wise...i've stayed away from take-outs, and have been cooking at home, and eating my high proteins and fiber foods, and low-carbing it. I have stopped counting or measuring anythign!! I'll see how this goes for a few days..I'm eating as a routine system, so I can't imagine i'd need to weigh and measure and count...

Working out was MIA last few days, but I finally rectified it tonight. Went and did 30 mins on the treadmill (230 k), pretty light weight stuff, but hey, it's a start! I really HAD to get away from my computer where I've been working all day...the gym felt like a nice change. I actually was looking forward to working off this stress and energy!

Tomorrow onwards, I need to push and get my workout done first thing in the morning so that the energy stays with me..and so the rest of the day's chaos doesnt drown out my need for a good workout.

Journaling helps. So I will continue writing and making the same promises, even tho I've said this stuff a countless times!!! Well, an inch forward is still PROGRESS, so this is good...

I feel so bad that I haven't gone visiting any of my friends here!! If it's any consolation, my real life is like that these days too..most of my friends havent heard from me! I've been BURIED in the work stresses...I'm hoping ppl still remember me and like me way later when I do come out from the pile of debris!!

I thank you all for continuing to be such good friends!! Don't give up on me please!! Love you all!

WOO HOO! Back in the 140's, Girlfriend! Good job staying on track AND getting 30 min. of exercise in. Keep it up! It's a good idea to work out in the morning because it really does give you energy for the rest of the day but it's kind of tough for us night owls, huh? Keep on journaling too....I'm going to be looking for your journal EVERY DAY! :)

You are doing so well working in that exercise with that hectic schedule!!! It is amazing how journalling helps, doesn't it? You'll pull through this time - and you'll be thinner and more in shape when its over, too!!!

We'll never give up on you! And good job not giving up on yourself! Great job getting back on track. Finding the right time slot to get your exercise to fit your schedule is key to keeping it regular. Continue to fiddle around with it until you hit upon the right formula. You are making a good start of it already!
