Looking at what I've eaten the first week, I see that I have not been very consistant with my diet and that I am watching what I eat. It is very har, I've been trying to learn to read labels carefully. Trying to keep diet 1200 to 1400 calories and more variety to meals. I have been trying to keep up with my water challenge, but I'm thinking that the 15 pound lose in 3 weeks isn't going to happen. Still it is a challenge and challenges must be approached with a good attitude a good mind. So onward forward. I did manage to get up after dinner and walk on treadmill for 30 minutes and stay on row machine for 15 minutes and bike 15 min on Monday. So I will continue to challenge my self and hope that by my weigh in on Monday I see some result.
