Entry for the 13th

Good day today even tho got a late start. Managed to do mostly everything I had hoped to get done, although at a different time than my plan.

Workout was a little less energetic than yesterday. PErhaps because of Tom? Dunno. Anyhow, I didn't run much on the treadmill but did walk at 4.0-4.2mph most of the time. Calories burned more than usual tho at 260K. And Elliptical, 30 mins, burned 230 K (way less than the usual 300k, indicating my pace was much slower!). I was lazy to do weights, and skipped the abs-work as well...Tomorrow will need to find more energy to work out more earnestly!!

Food has been on track. Brunch was the usual of scrambled eggs; Dinner was salad and a stir fry with mock meat. For snacks I had a few almonds and then a slice of cheese. Water intake has been over 2 L.

Ok that's the gist of the boring details. At least I got started on track with the diet, working out, and procrastination issues. TOmorrow I need to work HARDER!!

I talked about this the other day. How one day, the treadmill is easy and the next it's not. It could be TOM but, it could also just be human nature and sometimes our bodies and minds are more motivated and energetic. Don't worry about it, you worked out, didn't you? That's great.

When your body is sick or healing, or we're having TOM the energy goes to where it is needed bodily first then we get the rest for our daily use, so it's no wonder you're feeling a bit off. Alot of people can tell if they 're gonna get sick in this same way you feel the lack of "Full Power".

Sounds like a good workout to me! And a good food day, too. What's not to like? :) I applaud you for working out, even though you didn't have as much energy. clap clap clap clap

Kudos on doing the workout even though you didn't feel like it! Getting started is half the battle. Good job staying on track food-wise. Hang in there! :)
