Dinner out last night, diet not considered. Had glass of sherry as aperitif, courgette fritter and chorizo as shared tapas starter. For main had seared scallops on pea puree and roasted potatoes and a lemon tart for dessert with 1-2 glasses of pinot gris. Great company, great meal.
