Jornal de 08willbegreat, 14 out 08

Weight continues the slow, downward swing..I hope that continues!!! A little stressful today, and didn't start the day until midday, so no breakfast, but the rest of the meals were good and balanced.

Meals: carbs & pts:
Lunch: Mock meat stir fry (4, 2)
salad with feta (1, 1)
coffee with cream (1, 1)
Pre-workout snack: Nuts (4, 4) + (4, 4)
post workout: soy milk (5, 1)
protein mix (4, 1)
dinner: yogurt (19, 2)

Total carbs: 19-23, Total pts: 14-18 pts

So full now!! I made a big salad, but no room for it, so not gonna bother eating, even though my points' count is low.

Water: Better on the thirst-thing today. I must have had 3 L or so today.

Running: A little tougher today, was getting winded in 1 min per interval. Did do 7 intervals of 1.5 mins each, at 4.5 incline, and 3.7-5.0 mph. 341 k, 2.57 speed. Could be coz it's the third day, or could be because I just had those fatty nuts that it could have filled me up and made it diffucult as a result..?

BTW, I haven't been able to come around and say hello to all you guys, my buddies, but do know that I'm thinking of y'all, miss you all, and can't wait to catch up...perhaps this weekend hopefully.
Meanwhile, I do do thank you for coming by and visiting my journal, and looking out for me!! I can't tell you how much I appreciate the concern, care, and the thoughtful advise you all have been leaving me! Muchas gracias!!!! Love y'all!!

I agree with BA, you're so close to the 140's. I'm sooooooo jealous. When you need to feel really good, compare your chart to mine and look how far YOU'VE come! Great job on the running!
