Hello Everyone - Had a good week. Been going to the gym and doing good with the Elliptical machine boy that thing really gets those calories pushing and the sweat dripping. It feels amazing to sweat out all those toxins. Found that I have a lot more appetite though, so I am trying to make sure I have the right snacks for after the gym.
Also, started strength training which feels really good. I know I have some leftover muscles under there just need to keep it up! Worked out at home yesterday on the Elliptical which is an older one so a lot harder... Watched the Biggest Loser while I was working out, that worked great because it kept me pushing forward! I will weigh in later this week.
