Things are on track. Weight was up a pound this morning, but that's to be expected from last night's dinner out. Other than that, meals have been pretty low on points today, and yet very satisfying. Drank about 3 liters of water already. Worked out well--over an hour,and sweated a good bit. Did 30 mins of elliptical (254k), 20 mins on bike (105k), and 3 sets of weights---all of which I did with my wrist weights on...

Here's the meals and points' breakdown:

Breakfast: fiber one cereal with vanilla soy milk (3)
coffee with ff international delite creamer (1)
Snacks: celery sticks with reduced fat pb (2)
1 plum (1)
1 rice cake (1)
Lunch:
veggies and tofu stir fry (4)
wasa cracker and ff cream cheese (0.5)
dinner: Lettuce wraps (meatless stuffers, peppers, scallions, shallots, garlic, mushrooms, cayenne pepper, 6 almonds (2.5)
mini chocolate chips 4-5 (1)
total: 16 pts
Exercise: 6 pts gained
Net: 10 pts (Let's see if BadAndee or Mbhpro can beat that!!!)

great job! But I think I beat you again...this time, by sheer EFFORT because it looks like you were being a perfect angel today! All I ate today was a hamburger patty for lunch, and 2 scrambled eggs with a tsp of salsa and 1/4 C of cottage cheese for dinner...OH! and 1/2 C of soy milk! My total was 5 carbs!!

You did great today! I had 12.5 carbs but I got sick tonight and lost most of them! So I'm giving myself 4 carbs. I BEAT YOU BA!!!

Just be careful you're eating enough Amy! ;o) 16 US points is very low especially if you gained 6 exercise points. I eat so much more (with exercise) even down in the 120's (22-27 points this week and have still lost 3.4lbs this week so far - which I'm thinking yikes that's a bit too much really!!). I don't want to see you lose valuable muscle tone, which your body will burn if you don't eat enough. Just wanted to say that I love your new piccy... you're looking fantastic, so keep up the great work! ;o)

I'm sure these girls are being careful - AREN'T YOU? <stern glare> Nobody wins if you make yourselves sick or lose muscle and even bone mass. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!

16 points! Yikes! That IS a tad low. I know the challenge is all in fun but it's much more dangerous for you to lower your points drastically than it is for BadAndee and mbhpro to drastically lower their carbs. Perhaps it would be safer for you ladies to do an exercise challenge or something like that where your nutrition won't suffer and where you can compare on equal ground. Just worrying about ya!
