Day 42 - 6 Weeks Down & 6 Weeks to go!

Good Morning FS family! Had an amazing bootcamp last night with the gang. Did lots of assisted chin ups, pulling, curling, sprinting, stair running, shoulder pressing, flys, dips, crunchs. you name it we did it! I think the cheat meals from last weekend shocked my body and kicked the ol metoblism into high gear. I feel great and full of energy. So great i woke up at 5:30 after a well rested sleep and got in a run and abs before work. Had a stellar home made whole wheat egg mcmuffin (yes coach in my underwear hahaha) and now a busy day at work, more unpacking and softball tonight too! Hope everyone has a terrific tuesday, filled with unicorn moon beams, lots of water, activity and healthy eats. One more sleep till the man is home, and already looking forward to taking off to the lake on friday..after bootcamp of course!

Meal Plan Today:

M1 - 1 egg & WW mcmuffin
M2 - Protein Shake & Raspberries
M3 - Chicken HAWTSAUCE, ww wrap
M4 - Spinach salad & fish of some short
M5 - Protein Shake with a dash of love :)
