Looks like you are still losing, just slowed down after a huge drop. Take a critical look at what you are eating and how much you are moving. Be sure you are logging everything. If all that is good just keep on keeping on and it will break again. If after a week of continued good behaviors you still think you are bogged down, add some activity. I didn't look to see how many calories you are consuming. Just keep aiming for 500-1000 calorie deficit.
