Day 31 and I am hoping my irrational fear of Friday the 13th helps alleviate my rational fear of getting fatter. haha! Shit got crazy last night……as in I celebrated my successes with a delightful coookie dough blizzard MINI size. They are so adorable and terrible at the same time. Just like me. Plus I got in my 5km (3.1 mile) run in so I just sat back and enjoyed the thing. Almost guilt free. I acknowledge the last 30 days and how I have progressed. I wish I would have tracked everything from the 14th, however I know I ate healthy the weeks I didn’t record…. and the inches and how my clothes fit don’t lie! It is so great to be able to see exactly what I have put in my body and the results of doing so which is feeling great. I shall continue on my journey to success of being in the best shape of my life and am looking forward to the next 30 days of eating healthy only to enjoy another treat in 30 days! om nom nom! Tonight my goals are to get to my conditioning class, and stop in at a store and pick out a new outfit for tonight because the girls and I are going out dancin! Avoid all liquor and bad foods. Ease up on the carbs & fats more so then I did the last 30 days to get even better results! I think that if I keep working at this and want it badly enough I can have it. It's called perseverance. Patience – I forgot to send you the java protein shake recipe but I promise I will. What you got on the go for this weekend? Thanks for helping me get through this week my twin! I couldn’t have done it without reading your Journal entries, so thanks for all your support! I would like to take the time to offer you some moral support, however I have questionable morals. Haha! Down and dirty – Keep reminding yourself why you are in this, and remind yourself that you don’t want to be someone who let themselves go.. and have a happy and healthy weekend, crush your P90X today. I am deciding between doing P90X or getting some kick boxing lessons for my birthday for my next personal challenge, but if I do p90x you will be my mentor. What you got on the go this weekend? Coach – Oh coach my daily chuckle fix. Hope you get some golfing in, I have a yoga charity this weekend but I hope to at least get to the driving range with the man friend while he is still home. Plus a big 13 km run on sunday...Only ten more weeks till it snows here...and then its snowboarding time! Wooo hoo.
