Getting Dirty on Day 30 of the rest of my life! Morning Team Skinny US. i was feeling a little down in spirits yesterday, but made it to my workout class and felt better after that. im looking forward to powering through the next thirty days and seeing results that i have never seen before as i have made a change in mentality that this is just, simply the way i must live my life in order to look a certain way. I cannot wait for this day to be over and back home to spend time with my love button. i only get him for four days and its so hard to get out of bed when hes home..I guess its hard to get out of bed when he isnt home either...as hes the only reason that i shower and brush my teeth. HA HA..i kid i kid. i joke. i joke.
Im also no longer feeling scared about the weekend. Im mentally prepared for and not interested or even worried that i will be giving into temptation
