After going through what i ate this weekend, i am less then excited. i thought that what i ate was okay but it feels like alot for me. on a postive note, i cant imagaine how much worse it might have been had i snacked and drank beer. This is just a good reminder to be extrra concious this weekend.

haha true that coach! it sure is tuff to stay on track on the weak-ends, but if it were easy we wouldnt be working hard enough. back to the regular sechdule of strict eating and excercise and onto week four of my 12 week diet plan. this is usally the time when i start to see decent results and slack off, i get so excited so easily.. buttttt i am breaking this pattern. I think i might skip out on wieghing in this week as to not discourage me. How are things with you? building some muscle mass or what? i see you are looking to gain a few..? Thanks, i really like my hair dark!
