yeah so my journal entry seemed fine... except i forgot to mention that I must have caught some kind of GI issue. I was in pain all night then had the worst shizznizz of my life! Problem resolved. I plan on doing well somehow today and going to spin class. I decided that I am just going to do classes at the gym. I have no motivation to do anything myself for some reason :(

Two days in I have not had the motivations either, so blaaaa. I ate out day before yesterday and had some guacamole, not very much but I am now thinking it was full of carbs and sugars. I fix my moto's with way too much coffee. hehe ~ tig

Lol, Me to Mandi!! I can't seem to remember how much since I have loaned both my old and new books out, but I 'think' it was 8 ounces a day, and only after Ketos sets in. I... drink more than that. In fact, with how carefully I measure out each portion of what I eat (I don't do 'servings' anymore, I weigh everything) I have yet to measure out my coffee for some odd reason. *evil grin.

The new book states that coffee, tea, and other fluids can be counted toward your daily water requirement. I don't believe it mentions it should be limited either, but Im also not 100% on that one. I easily drink a pot to myself on the weekends. Me - coffee = disaster!

Well I drink my coffee AND drink on average 100 oz of water a day, some days well over.
