Weight did reduce today to 143.4. The induction
and good workout must have paid off! I did the running podcast and 300 jump ropes in tge am and elliptical/floor weights in the evening followed by another 600 or so jump ropes.

Today I got only 5 hrs of sleep and prbly y I was so demotivated and sluggish in the gym, yday I hopped my way to the gym and felt so ready to go! I thought I had tranformed into a new person! I found my endurance growing ever so slightly..was able to lift 15 pd weights for biceps and did the rest with 5-8 pds: shoulders front and side, triceps, chest.

Today I had 654 cals and 19 net carbs. Food included tofu chorizo for lunch and whey protein for dinner and coffee with cream, 1 lc cheese, 1 sm cuke, and 1 gum.

Exercise: 10 min bike, 5 min treadmill, 30 min elliptical, 1000 jump ropes, 100 crunches and 50 squats w ball.
