For a short time I'm gonnna make my journal private as I don't want to get influenced by any external aspects, as helpful and good as they normally are, I can't take any other advise or get distracted from the plan I've come up with, and it's crunch time for the next 8 weeks, until I get to my goal weight (125 pounds) by Sept. 17th so I can fit in my dress for Arpi's wedding.


The new plan:

Daily: under 800 calories, and pretty limited choices to avoid confusion and experimentation that i encounter when I try and work with more variety and options.
Meals: Hot lemon water in the morning; protein shake (whey, soy milk, falxseed) in the afternoon, and dinner : tofu chorizo, tofu stirfry, or falafel stirfry, and a coffee or green tea.

Exercises: Two hard cardio workouts in the day (each for about 60 mins). And lots of weights, abs, etc. Couple of gym classes in the week. Evening walk with mom (about 1.5 miles)

No eating after 7 pm. Cinannon-honey water at night.

Lots of water.
