I know exactly how you feel and I feel for you feeling it too. I've not had a great time since Christmas, I've lost a whopping 5.4 lbs in 44 days, would that even compute to ounces per day if we worked it out????? Up and down and up and down...bah hum bug There is only one way to feel better about it, get mad as hell and don't take it any more. Never mind tomorrow is another day, do it today! Put some music on and dance, clean even (ok, now I'm getting really bad, don't let yourself get this bad!) Just do something to get moving more and try to stick to your resolve that you are worth it, hard as that is. YOU are worth it!

Ditto with what "Sunkeeper" said! 5.4 lbs lost in 44 days is better than that amount gained!!!

Hang in there, sweetie. I've noticed that you kind of do the same thing I do. You go up and down, up and down, hold steady and then drop 2 -4 lbs. almost overnight. Maybe your body just needs to adjust before it shows the loss on the scale.

BBD, the lb I lost yesterday found me again today so now it's only 4.4 lbs since Dec 24th. Now that's getting to be really depressing!

you might need to take a look at how many calories you are taking in. You might need to, for one week increase you calories and see the outcome then try with reducing for a week. only do this by 100-200 calories though. good luck

It will pass Dorothy! I do the same thing...up and down and up and down...I know it is frustrating but if you keep doing everything right then it will move down. Sometimes I tell myself that my body is just needing to adjust to the new weight before it sheds a little more.

Thank you all for your words..Good to know when others understand what I am going thru and feeling... Yes, it's very frustrating and there are times when I feel like "bump it" .. I continue to read you all's post and keep pushing.. I think you all are right - about the body adjusting to the new weight and I may need to increase my calories - especially with me exercising a minimum of 5 days a week.. I try hard to eat more but just can't.. I did notice Jaime and Toni that we do go thru the same thing weekly (up and down) so I suppose this is part of the lifestyle/diet process.. Sunkeeper hang in there! We all know what you are going thru... We are all in this together! You all are the best!

So sorry I'm not seeing this until now. I completely understand the frustration you're going through. Up and down seems to be a pattern lately. Keep hanging on and you'll make it through. You are a very strong woman take that anger and frustration to push through!
