No changes this morning, but in light of the huge losses I am good with that. 0.3# and I will already have made my February goal..that is pretty exciting.

Lots of stuff going on here...work is crazy busy for me....daughter hopefully will be swearing in for the Navy on Monday; I am praying that she has no problems and gets Corpsman.

DH busy with his work...that is good though. He has people hired and they are picking up pace.

I am happy to say that I am moving to 1200 calories in the Fat Fast today. I will do this through Friday and then work my way back to my regular RDI of calories and induction. This was really a good thing though to get me re-focused and jump start my body.
